These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of snapstrings.co (the "Site") and any purchase of SNAP products. By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the Site.

Eligibility

You must be at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction to place an order. By buying from us, you confirm that you can enter into a binding agreement.

Products and information

We try to describe products, colors, and specifications accurately. Small variations in color, packaging, and appearance are normal. We may correct errors and update product information at any time without notice. We may also change, limit, or discontinue any product.

Orders and payment

An order is an offer to buy. We may accept or decline an order at our discretion, including for suspected fraud, pricing or inventory errors, or ordering limits. If we decline or cancel an order after payment, we'll refund the charge. Prices are shown at checkout and may change over time. Taxes and shipping are calculated at checkout where applicable.

Shipping

Delivery times and rates are described on the Shipping page. Delivery timelines are estimates, not guarantees, and can be affected by carriers and factors outside our control.

Returns

Returns and exchanges are handled per the Returns page. Once a set of string has been installed in a racquet, it is not returnable.

Promotions and codes

Discount codes, offers, and promotions are subject to their stated terms. Unless stated otherwise, they can't be combined, they have no cash value, and we may modify or end them at any time.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Site in a way that violates any law or these Terms.
• Interfere with, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, our accounts, or our systems.
• Copy, scrape, resell, or misuse Site content or product data.
• Submit false, misleading, or infringing content, including through the contact email or the /friends form.

User submissions and feedback

If you send us messages, photos, videos, reviews, product-seeding claims, or other content, you grant SNAP a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, adapt, and display that content in connection with SNAP and its marketing, with appropriate credit where practical. Don't send us anything you don't have the right to share. Feedback and suggestions are non-confidential and may be used without obligation to you.

Intellectual property

The SNAP name, logo, product names, taglines, Site design, copy, photography, and other content are owned by SNAP or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not use them without our written permission, except for lawful personal, non-commercial browsing.

Third-party services

The Site links to and relies on third-party services, including ecommerce, payment, hosting, and analytics providers. We are not responsible for their content, terms, or practices. Your interactions with third parties are between you and them.

Disclaimers

The Site and products are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. Tennis and stringing involve equipment choices that depend on many personal factors. SNAP does not provide medical advice; if a piece of equipment causes pain or discomfort, stop using it and consult a qualified professional as appropriate.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, SNAP and its affiliates, officers, employees, and partners will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Site or products. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the Site or a product will not exceed the amount you paid to SNAP for the product giving rise to the claim.

Indemnity

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold SNAP harmless from claims, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Site, your submissions, or your breach of these Terms, to the extent permitted by law.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or end your access to the Site at any time if we believe you've violated these Terms or if we need to for legal, security, or operational reasons.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Effective" date at the top will reflect the latest version. Continued use of the Site after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

Severability and entire agreement

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest stays in effect. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Shipping, and Returns pages, are the entire agreement between you and SNAP regarding the Site and your purchases, and supersede any prior understandings on those topics.
