If a set isn't right for you, swap it for a different SNAP string within 30 days of delivery. The set has to be unopened — the packet seal intact.
We can't take strung packets back, but we still want to know. Email us anyway — if a string genuinely didn't perform, we'd rather hear about it than not. Sometimes that turns into a courtesy replacement, sometimes it just turns into useful product feedback.
We default to swaps, not refunds — that's how the policy is structured. If you want a refund instead of a swap and you're inside the 30-day window with an unopened set, we'll process the refund minus the original shipping cost. Reach out via the contact page.
