This Privacy Policy explains how SNAP ("SNAP," "we," "us") handles personal information on snapstrings.co (the "Site") and when you contact us or buy from us. By using the Site, you agree to this policy.
Information we collect
We collect information you give us and information collected automatically as you use the Site.
Information you provide.
- Order details when you buy: name, shipping and billing address, email address, phone number if provided, and items purchased.
- Payment information you enter at checkout. Payment card details are collected and processed by our payment and ecommerce providers; we do not receive or store full card numbers.
- Messages you send us by email or through any contact form, including anything you choose to share in them.
- Information you submit through the private product-seeding claim form at /friends, such as name, shipping address, email, racquet or stringing details, and any notes.
- Any other information you choose to share with us.

- Standard log data such as IP address, browser type, device information, referring pages, and pages viewed.
- Cookies and similar technologies used to run the Site, keep your cart, remember preferences, and measure how the Site is used. See "Cookies and analytics" below.

- To review product-seeding claims submitted through the /friends form and decide whether to ship a sample.

These generally include an ecommerce and storefront provider, a payment processor, shipping and fulfillment partners, hosting and database providers, email delivery, and analytics tools. These providers only receive the information they need to perform their services for us and are expected to protect it.

- To protect the rights, property, or safety of SNAP, our customers, or others.

The Site is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, email us and we'll delete it.
